Orders are sent via Next Day Delivery via DPD - (Unfortunately next day service is not available for Ireland or Highlands, this also excludes Custom Trunki which takes up to 10 days)

If your order is placed before 1pm it will be eligible for same day dispatch, otherwise it will be sent the following day.

Orders under £10 will be sent via Royal Mail and can take upto 3 days.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to the below address within 14 days of your delivery in perfect condition complete with original packaging. We will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

We strongly advise that a proof of postage receipt should be obtained when returning your order. You are responsible for the item until we receive it at our warehouse.
