Free UK Delivery over £30

• We ship using Standard 48 hours tracked Royal Mail service, excluding bank holidays. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Orders can be tracked via SMS or email (you must provide these at checkout).

• If your order includes both a Trunki suitcase and smaller items, please be aware that the smaller items may be placed inside the Trunki for delivery. This ensures that all components of your order arrive together in a single shipment.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

• Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it immediately enters our system for processing. As a result, we cannot accept any order cancellation requests for confirmed orders and order modifications may not be possible. 

• We strongly advise all customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase. Take a moment to verify the item, quantity, colour, and shipping address to avoid any unwanted orders.
