- All orders worth over £30 are eligible for free standard UK delivery.
- Orders received before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day
- Any orders received after 15:00 will be dispatched the following working day
- Any orders received on Friday after 15:00, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day
- We ship using a Yodel 48 hour tracked service.
- Orders can be tracked via SMS or email (you must provide these at checkout)

RETURNS
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, unless it is a bespoke made product you can return it to us within 30 days of your delivery in perfect condition complete with original packaging.
- We will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.
- We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
