Four Small Wheels For Trunki-Kind, A Giant Win For Trunki Daddy!

Coming in to the office to find out we’ve won yet another award has put a spring in our steps today! Trunki Daddy (AKA Rob Law) was at The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 awards ceremony last night and picked up our win – the Innovation Award!

And where was this awards ceremony held you ask? Oh, just at Sir Richard Branson’s family home in Oxfordshire. And although plenty of the team offered to take the load off Trunki Daddy and attend the event in his place, off he went, along with a very special Trunki suitcase ;o)

Trunki Daddy, who is not one to imagine any flight (to space or otherwise) without a Trunki on board, set about creating the ultimate Trunki for space travel! The result, a bespoke Virgin GALACTIC Trunki, which he presented to Richard Branson as a gift at the awards night. As you can see from the pictures, Richard took quite a shine to the Galactic Trunki…

Trunki recently ranked 42 nd on The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 league table, which ranks Britain’s 100 private companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three years.

Each year the top 100 are invited to Richard Branson’s Oxfordshire home for dinner and the ultimate award ceremony.

“It was a massive achievement to have reached 42 out of 100 on the fast track league table and certainly a once in a lifetime experience to receive an invitation to meet with Mr Branson. The icing on the GALACTIC Trunki was definitely winning the Fast Track Innovation award!” – Trunki Daddy.
