Welcome to the Trunki Lab Customer Panel

The Trunki Lab panel is a group of Trunki customers who have agreed on a voluntary basis to provide feedback about current and future Trunki products. The aim of the Trunki Lab is to gather feedback from our trusted customers so that our imagineers can continue to create excellent products which kid’s make friends with and parents can’t live without.

Membership of Trunki Lab

Trunki customers and followers will be invited to join Trunki Lab via Trunki’s online marketing channels, or by signing up to Trunki Lab at any time here: https://mailchi.mp/trunki/lab

The Trunki Lab panel will be stored as a mailing list. If you would like to leave the panel at any time, you can do so by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in one of our emails or by emailing marketing@trunki.co.uk.

In agreeing to join Trunki Lab, you confirm that Trunki can use the results of research exercises, including your suggestions, to support the development and improvement of Trunki’s products, services and communications. All responses to research will be treated as confidential and no individual responses will be published in any of our external communications without prior consent. How Trunki Lab Works

You will be invited to take part in a number of surveys throughout the year on an ad hoc basis. Survey participation is selected at random; therefore you may not be invited to take part in every survey which is carried out. Participation is entirely voluntary and members can choose not to participate in any research project that they are invited to take part in.

Panel members will usually be contacted by email to invite them to participate in a survey.

Trunki Lab participation is undertaken on the basis of mutual trust and confidentiality. Breach of confidentiality may incur legal action.

During and after participation, and upon leaving Trunki Lab membership, you agree to keep confidential and will not divulge any information relating to the Company, including but not limited to, its business and products, which you may learn during your participation.

Our brand, products, packaging, photos, videos and website are protected globally by intellectual property law. These intellectual property rights include trademarks (registered and unregistered), patents, registered and unregistered design rights, copyright and unfair competition law.

You must not at any time during or after your tenure with Trunki Lab use or exhibit any trade names, trade marks or devices (whether registered or not) which the Company has used or is using, in combination with or in addition to any other trade name, mark or device, without the prior written consent of the Company.
